Qazi Touqeer just can’t seem to catch a break this week on Bigg Boss 20. His ‘Ganji Gudiya’ comment turned into the episode’s biggest flashpoint, with housemates split over whether it was an innocent joke or something worse. The house is talking, and so is the internet.
Qazi Touqeer Sparks A Heated Debate
As reported by the Times of India, this week’s Bigg Boss 20 episode had no shortage of drama. A captaincy task involving Mahhi Vij, Kanika Mann and Gullu kept the house on edge for most of the night. Things got heated when Touqeer found himself on the receiving end of accusations from fellow housemates. A group of them felt his jokes carried a double meaning, and they made their disapproval clear.
The trouble began when Scout reminded the house of a remark Touqeer had made earlier in the week. According to him, Touqeer had predicted that the show’s makers would soon set up a task built around the phrase Ganji Gudiya. Scout also brought up a separate line where Touqeer had described himself as unusually high on testosterone. Soon, other male contestants like Aasif Khan and Yung DSA joined in. They also pointed out that he had gone on to tell the female contestants to repeat the same words. This small detail made the matter feel more serious to those defending the girls in the house.
Not everyone in the house saw it that way, though. As voices grew louder inside the living area, the joke started meaning different things to different people. Some housemates felt it was harmless fun, seen as an overreaction. Others, though, felt it showed poor judgment on his part.
Lollipop Remark Adds Fuel To Fire
Before the tension could settle, Kanika Mann brought up another layer to the story. She claimed that Qazi Touqeer had once asked Arishfa Khan, “Lollipop chahiye?” She felt the line carried an odd tone. This quickly brought the tension right back into the house. Housemates who had barely settled from the first fight found themselves in another one.
Interestingly, other reports suggest Kanika had faced something similar earlier too. She reportedly said he had asked her, “Lollipop khaegi?”, not once but three times. She found the question uncomfortable and finally spoke up about it. When he asked what was wrong with it, she told him plainly that it was not nice.
This second remark added more confusion to an already tense night. Viewers following Bigg Boss 20 closely began asking a bigger question. Was this a real pattern of careless jokes, or was it simply banter being read the wrong way by a tense house? Opinions online remained sharply divided.

Qazi Touqeer Defends His Side
Qazi Touqeer, however, was not ready to accept the blame quietly. He said his intentions were never wrong, so his words should not be twisted into something else. “Jab meri niyat galat nahi hai toh galat matlab nahi jayega,” he told the housemates firmly.
The disagreement soon moved onto social media too. A section of the audience found his words distasteful and unnecessary. Just as many stood by him, saying the joke was harmless and blown out of proportion online. A few users even felt similar jokes had gone unnoticed in earlier weeks of Bigg Boss 20.
By the end of the episode, nothing was fully settled. Still, he asked the house to stop turning small jokes into big fights. Given how fast things escalate this season, this is unlikely to be the last such debate. Bigg Boss 20 is expected to see more such moments ahead.
