Rise and Fall 2 has gained fresh momentum after two familiar faces walked into the Tower. Aarush Bhola, a finalist from last season, arrived with his friend Laila. The pair reopened old fights and handed the Workers some attractive deals.
Rise and Fall 2 revives old rivalries
As reported by Telegraph India, Aarush Bhola made last season’s final and held the Ultimate Worker title. His return therefore carried significant weight from the start, and the Tower felt it immediately. He wanted to know which contestant Shehzad Poonawalla liked best, and the answer was Swara Bhasker.
That choice upset Rishabh, who told Shehzad he had “no spine”. Shehzad then fired back by poking fun at Rishabh’s acting, which pulled the two into another round of their feud. Meanwhile, Swara joked with Aarush about her movies, and her witty reply got the room laughing.
The atmosphere stayed tense in the Basement as well. Aarush showed little patience for complaints, then asked the Workers whose videos would collect the most dislikes. Sara Gurpal named Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, and the argument that followed ended in threats. Given their rocky history, the clash hardly came as a surprise.
Costly offers on the Fortune Floor
Soon the spotlight in Rise and Fall 2 shifted to the Fortune Floor. Host Virender Sehwag introduced this space to give Workers a first chance of unseating a Ruler. Ultimate Ruler Niharika Tiwari was the first to feel the pressure there. Aarush dangled Rs 10 lakh for the Penthouse Prize Pot, but Niharika would have to walk away from her role.
Laila, whose real name is Varun Yadav, then entered with a different proposal. Under that deal, Niharika could stay in power if the pot lost Rs 5 lakh. She kept her crown, but the other Rulers were not pleased, and that unease could linger inside the Penthouse. In a game built around shared money, that choice may cost her goodwill later.
Sara faced her own choice after landing in the Basement, and both Laila and Aarush had a pitch ready. Laila offered her safety from nominations, but the Basement pot would shrink by Rs 2.5 lakh. Aarush’s version was the reverse, since he would add the same amount if she accepted a nomination. Sara took that route, a sacrifice that strengthened the Basement fund even though it put her at risk.

What the twists mean for Rise and Fall 2
The consequences did not stop there. Niharika put Kajal Raghwani on top of her ranking, with Manish Kashyap, Priyanka and Gautam Gulati in between. Sonam sat at the bottom, which landed her in the nominations at once. As a result, trust among the Rulers now looks considerably less stable than before.
As operator, Gautam singled out Priyanka instead of Manish or Kajal, so she joined Sara on the nominations list. Sonam nominated Manish, then took her turn as operator. Her first instinct was Gautam, but pushback from the other Rulers made her go with Kajal instead. That kept Gautam out of danger this week.
Their arrival has given Rise and Fall 2 a genuine jolt. Aarush Bhola knows how to provoke a Tower that thrives on conflict. Meanwhile, the clash between Shehzad and Rishabh proved that old feuds still fuel much of the entertainment. Because every offer carried a price, each decision exposed what the contestants value most. Still, the 42-day run has plenty of time left, so every nomination matters.
