Rise and Fall 2 ended its first week with a tense Sunday vote. The Rulers chose to send Anish Bhagat home after the audience saved two of the four workers in danger. His exit also came right after another dramatic departure from the show hosted by Virender Sehwag.
How the Rise and Fall 2 vote played out
As reported by Indian Express, four workers landed in danger on Sunday after the first nominations. They were Kaira Anu, Kajal Raghwani, Anish Bhagat and Manish Kashyap. Manish and Kaira escaped through audience votes, so the Rulers had to choose between Anish and Kajal.
The Rulers split in a very clear way. Anish collected five votes from Tej Pratap Yadav, Raj Grover, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Gautam Gulati. Irina Rudakov, Swara Bhasker and Karan Patel wanted Kajal out instead. That five to three split ended his stay in the Tower.
The timing made the vote feel even bigger. Episode nine arrived right after Siwet Tomar’s exit for attacking Shehzad Poonawalla. The Tower had therefore already lost one member that week. Anish thus became the second contestant to leave, and the first whom his peers voted out. The Prime Video series only began on September 26 with fifteen contestants.
Why Anish Bhagat found the game tough
Anish Bhagat entered as a worker, and the early stages of Rise and Fall 2 proved difficult for him. In the opening cash round his ₹75,000 stake sent him to the Basement while rivals climbed. Workers there complete tasks to add money to the prize pot, so weak performances stand out quickly. His efforts in those tasks rarely gave the Rulers a good enough reason to keep him.
Personality clashes added to the pressure. A tense exchange with Manish also drew attention, since it centred on Anish’s sexual orientation. His manner did not win over much of the group. Before entering, he said he hoped to speak up for the LGBTQ community, which kept him in the spotlight.
Outside the Tower, Anish Bhagat is a digital storyteller with more than one million followers on Instagram. He has also appeared in Bandish Bandits Season 2. His fans know him for warm videos about human connection, so this stint was a big change of setting. After the vote he said, “I had a great time. I wish I could have contributed more.”

What Rise and Fall 2 looks like after the exit
The Tower had little time to settle. Rakhi Sawant made a guest appearance over the same weekend. She danced with a few contestants and lifted the mood after a heavy week. Meanwhile, Virender Sehwag praised Kajal Raghwani and named her Worker of the Week.
Looking at the sequence, Kajal’s strong week probably helped her in the final comparison. Rulers tend to back the worker who has earned visible praise, and Anish had fewer wins to point to. That gap may have mattered more than one argument. The result also shows how quickly loyalties can shift in Rise and Fall 2.
With the show running for 42 days, plenty of time remains for new alliances and surprises. Rise and Fall 2 has already shown that one weak week can decide a contestant’s fate. Viewers will now watch how workers and Rulers handle the next nominations, since every vote could shift the balance. Manish and Kaira also remain in the game after surviving the audience vote, so both get a fresh start.
