Rise and Fall Season 2 has finally handed the Workers a win. They snatched the Penthouse from the old Rulers, and the Red Room soon opened with a game modelled on chess. The twist now puts the next contenders for the throne on the spot.
Rise and Fall Season 2 Flips Its Power Balance
As reported by Telegraph India, the Workers turned the tables during the Printing Press Challenge. Jashwanth and Gautam clashed mid-task, yet the team kept its focus and had 66 pamphlets cleared. That total sealed the season’s opening Takhta Palat and sent the Workers upstairs to take over as the ruling side.
Rise and Fall Season 2 had already seen plenty of movement before the upset. Ultimate Ruler Shehzad Poonawalla used the Fall Ka Farmaan to send Gautam Gulati and Raj Grover down to the Basement. Meanwhile, Tej Pratap Yadav’s exit paved the way for three wildcards. Rishabh Jaiswal landed in the Penthouse, while Jashwanth Bopanna and Sonam Malik joined the Workers below.
Every former Ruler except Niharika Tiwari headed down to the Basement. She kept her seat as Ultimate Ruler. That title came from beating Swara Bhasker in the Delivering Apna Pan task. Still, the group heading down found the Basement easier to handle than the picture they had painted from above.
Rise and Fall Season 2 Alliances Start to Form
Once the new order settled in, the Tower turned to scheming. A group around Manish, Jashwanth and Rishabh soon took shape, while Gautam courted Jashwanth and Rishabh for his own Gautam City. Niharika, for her part, pointed out who had fallen out of favour. These early moves hint that quick planning could matter as much as strong task results.
Irina ended up in another dispute after her attitude came up in a chat between Shehzad and Swara. Anyone in the Tower could share a view, Karan and Swara told her soon after. That exchange showed how a shift in rank can reopen old wounds.
Shehzad got emotional on his birthday when his mother joined a video call, and the housemates got misty-eyed too. Duniya Ki Thain Thain actress Dipali Sharma brought more drama with a twisted love story. Her visit then forced the Rulers to say who might turn on them. Gautam picked Priyanka and Jashwanth, while Niharika and Rishabh chose each other.
Red Room Game Tests the Contenders
Niharika’s stint as Ultimate Ruler did not last long. The Lift cut it short as Week 4 began, while every housemate faced nominations. To refill the throne, each Ruler picked the rival they saw as the weakest candidate. Those picks cost Sonam her shot at the title, though Gautam and Priyanka also faced criticism.
The Red Room then returned with a chess theme, and every choice there could end someone’s run. Manish and Jashwanth open the contest, and they have to rule out either Niharika or Rishabh. That call looks awkward, since Rishabh had just been talking about an alliance with both of them. The stakes feel high, as an Ultimate Ruler can reshape the Tower in one move. Niharika has already held the top seat, so neither choice feels easy.
With 42 days planned, Rise and Fall Season 2 still has plenty of time for more reversals. New episodes arrive daily at noon on Prime Video, with Virender Sehwag as host. Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh also dropped in as a celebrity guest and entertained the housemates, without joining as a contestant.
