Virender Sehwag walked off the stage during a tense episode of Rise and Fall 2. Gautam Gulati and Manish Kashyap would not stop arguing, so the host stepped away from the set. When he came back, he had a firm message for both contestants.
How Rise and Fall 2 Reached the Boiling Point
As reported by Moneycontrol, the Rulers gathered in the Red Room again after a two-day gap. A nomination round awaited them there. Sonam, Jashwanth, Rishabh and Manish kept slipping towards the bottom of the rankings, so all four faced elimination. Gautam Gulati, the Ultimate Ruler, then held the final say.
Manish refused to beg Gautam for protection, and he said so openly. He added that nobody in the Tower played a weaker game. Gautam treated the remark lightly, but Manish did not let it go and called it a pattern. Priyanka and Niharika stood with him, which pushed the row well beyond the two men.
At one point, Manish objected to the language Gautam was directing at him. Gautam shot back, “Saala koi gaali hoti hai?” Manish replied that in Bihar, his home state, the same word can lead to gunfire. Claims of threats and rough language then added fuel to the argument. In the end, Gautam sent Manish down to the Basement.
Sehwag Walks Out and Sends a Message
The matter did not die down when Sehwag joined the Power Play segment. He asked both men for their version of events. Instead, they went straight back at each other and left him no gap to speak. Eventually, he left the stage and let them carry on alone.
With Sehwag gone, Niharika Tiwari noted that Gautam was still going strong. Clips suggest Gautam sat back with a leg raised on the sofa while the host remained standing nearby. Online, plenty of Rise and Fall 2 viewers took offence at that posture. After he came back, Sehwag made it clear that he would not accept that tone.
Sehwag leaned on his own cricket story to make the point. He recalled his 1999 debut against Shoaib Akhtar, when, by his account, he chose not to answer back. His batting did the replying later, and it grew into 309 runs. He also stressed that he never treated his Najafgarh background as a tool for frightening anyone.

What the Walkout Means for Rise and Fall 2
Away from the main clash, Shehzad stood by Swara when Samyukta, a friend of Irina, doubted their bond. The two had started the season on opposite sides, so the gesture seemed significant. Peace did not last, though, because Irina soon called his behaviour spiteful. Sehwag had to step in again, as he felt the conversation was going off track.
Sehwag also had words of praise for Niharika, who delivered on her promise at the Takhta Palat. The outgoing Rulers denied any interference in the challenge, while the new group stood by how it won. Such decisions will matter later, since control of the Tower changes hands frequently.
For Rise and Fall 2, the episode shows how much weight Sehwag carries after replacing Ashneer Grover as host. Heated arguments are nothing new on reality shows, yet a host leaving the set is rare. A clip making the rounds online shows Gautam offering an apology, though he has not spoken publicly about it. How the two behave around each other from here will decide how long the row lingers.
